< back to 'Who we are'

We are a team of like-minded capacity development facilitators who want to contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the social development sector. Over the years, we have grown into a strong, multi-disciplinary team of experienced Cambodian trainers with a wide range of skills and knowledge of numerous subject areas.
But most importantly, we all have a knack for unlocking people’s potential – we believe that positive change will come to Cambodian society through people’s own capabilities and their own experiences.
Drawing on various innovative participatory methodologies we maximise adult learning and ensure participatory and transformational learning experiences.
Having an attitude that is positive and dynamic and that brings together a wide collective experience, integrity, flexibility and creativity makes us fun to work with and helps us to achieve some pretty great things with you.
